  • FASTER Training Camp DEMONSTRATION DAY Wednesday July 1, 2009. 9:30am - 12:30pm Westwood Recreation Park (1350 Sepulveda Blvd.) Free day of camp to check out exercises and drills offered in FASTER training camp. For more information call (310) 746-8795.

  • Youth Football FASTER Training Camp Fundraiser: July 6 - 23, 2009. 9:30am - 2:30pm Westwood Recreation Park (1350 Sepulveda Blvd). Click here for registration information.

  • Final Football and Cheer Registration: Saturday July 11, 2009. 10:00am - 2:00pm Clover Park.

  • Parent Meeting: Saturday July 18, 2009. Time and location to be announced.

July Registration

The Santa Monica VIKINGS 2009 May registration will be on Saturday July 11th, from 10:00 am to  2:00 pm at Clover Park in Santa Monica.  The park is located on the corner of Oceanpark & 25th St.

Hurry before all the teams fill up.

Special Note: Jr. Pee Wees is the only open football division. Please check with Cheer Director for cheer enrollment capacities.
 
Cheer Fundraiser

SPRING BALL DAY 2: Defense likes the cold

Ryan Katz Santa Monica Vikings Former Player at Oregon State spring practiceCORVALLIS -- It was a cold and blustery day in Reser Stadium on Day 2 of Spring Ball at Oregon State. And that resulted in an advantage for the defense in the helmets-only session. But there were still some highlight reel performances on offense in the session, many of them turned in by Jordan Bishop and the receivers.

The offense struggled at times in the full 11-on-11 drills on the second day of spring practice but as far as the quarterbacks went, redshirt freshman Ryan Katz was the cream of the Oregon State crop on Wednesday.
